Skaters in Haverfordwest are a step closer to getting their much needed skatepark, as the Haverfordwest Skatepark Association (HSA) secures valuable funding from the Big Lottery fund to proceed with plans to build the proposed skatepark. Commenting on this, Preseli Pembrokeshire AM Paul Davies said, "This is fantastic news for the Haverfordwest Skatepark Association who have worked tirelessly to secure funding for this park. I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the HSA and everyone who has been involved with the project and praise them for their efforts. "I am very excited with the progress that has been made so far and I look forward to watching this scheme develop over the coming months. This is a fantastic facility for Pembrokeshire, not just for the local community, but for visitors and tourists as well."
