Commenting on the First Minister's appointment of a Cabinet, interim Leader of the Welsh Conservatives in the Assembly, Paul Davies AM, said: "It is now time for this Cabinet to get down to business and deliver the improved public services Welsh Labour has promised. "The deck chairs have been reorganised and the usual suspects have returned, but it is critical we now see an end to the mistakes. "Shortly before the election campaign – after 12 years of government in Wales – they talked about delivery. That is what our country now rightly – and finally - deserves. "For too long our economy has faltered, NHS targets have been missed and educational attainment has fallen. "While Welsh Conservatives will always be constructive for the good of the country, as the official opposition, we will be the strongest voice in bringing this government to account."
