Preseli Pembrokeshire AM Paul Davies has helped launch this year's Radio Pembrokeshire Christmas toy appeal.

The appeal, which was launched at Narberth Rugby Club, aims to provide toys for disadvantaged children this Christmas. The donations will be split between Pembrokeshire County Council's Social Services department, Pembrokeshire Action to Combat Hardship (PATCH) and The Three Amigos toy run.

Paul Davies said "I am delighted to support Radio Pembrokeshire's wonderful Christmas toy appeal.

It is a very worthwhile cause which hugely benefits the children of Pembrokeshire. It is important that all children are able to have an enjoyable Christmas, regardless of their background."

The people of Pembrokeshire are generous and I'm sure that they will continue to donate to this worthy cause. Christmas is a special time for families and children and by making a small contribution; it will make a huge difference to someone else's Christmas this year."
