Shocking Figures Reveal True Depth of Dental Health Crisis In Pembrokeshire

PEMBROKESHIRE'S dental crisis is deepening – despite two new NHS practices opening two months ago, says Paul Davies AM.

There were 14,000 people waiting for an NHS dentist last October. A month later two new practices with a total of six dentists opened in Milford Haven and Haverfordwest.

But the Local Health Board has now confirmed that there are still 14,000 people on the waiting list.

Paul Davies AM Condemns Assembly Failure to Support Police Pay Rise

Paul Davies AM has condemned Labour and Plaid Cymru's failure to support a pay rise for Dyfed-Powys police.

The two parties refused to support a Welsh Conservative motion calling on the UK Government to honour the recent police pay award recommendation.

"In its failure to lobby the Westminster Government, Labour and Plaid Cymru are simply shirking their responsibility as regards Wales's police forces," said Preseli Pembrokeshire AM Mr Davies.
